I have a Russian sister-in-law, passed it on to her, Russian friend here, passed it on, and one more Russian friend in Australia, passed this on too.

Even if you know only one Russian person, they will have contacts too. Faxing, phoning, emailing en masse is the way to make the passage of this law such a nuisance they will abandon it. If they can’t get any fiscal or legislative work done because of clogged fax machines and mailboxes, they will think again.

Not many people know that this legislation is directly contrary to the Russian Constitution, notwithstanding that it has been upheld by the Russian Courts:

This is the slippery slope of erosion of human rights in Russia. Today it’s the homosexuals, then they will come for the Jews, then the political minorities. It is the beginning of the resumption of totalitarianism, and this time we are the scapegoats.
