Interview with Stephen Hill, soldier booed during GOP debate, & husband Josh Snyder

Matt Baume of AFER has a great special edition of Marriage News Watch interviewing Stephen Hill, the soldier who was booed during the GOP debates, and his husband Josh Snyder. In the interview Stephen describes how it felt after coming out to basically everyone with a TV or internet access. They also go into how and why they chose to get married before the repeal of DADT, and their awesome nerdy game tattoos. It’s a really interesting interview and well worth the 22 minutes.

      1. So angry. I wish I hadn’t watched it now. Santorum is a scuzzbag. If he supports reinstating DADT, then he needs to support a ban on heterosexual sex, and hetro partner discussion. Otherwise, he needs to leave us alone to do our jobs serving without fear of being dishonorably discharged. And to the two or three pud-pullers that boo’d–how’s about YOU put your right hand up and swear to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States. It might give you some LDRSHIP to have to follow the Army Core Values. Civvies, man, no respect.

      2. I couldn’t agree more. I know gay men who don’t think about gay sex nearly as much as Mr. Frothy Mix. Every time I hear him talk the quote “Methinks he doth protest too much!” comes to mind.
