This has got to be the most entertaining ad to come out of Iowa ever. Film maker Scott Siepker wants everyone to know that Iowa isn’t filled with crazy Republican supporters, but Iowa on the Democratic side might just be the sharpest tool in the shed.

In the video he points out Iowa “went Democratic in five out of the last six presidential elections” and asks us ”Did your state legalize gay marriage before us? Probably not.”

Soon after the video was released, Sipker spoke with the Des Moins Register  and said“The ideal outcome is to get people to know Iowa as it is, and not what you think it is”.
